Strawberry Vinaigrette

Our strawberry vinaigrette being one of our most popular dressings. It’s a salad dressing that our Chef has spent years developing. We start with the freshest organic strawberries we can find add a small amount of organic honey, a little bit of black pepper and a little bit of extra virgin olive oil. We do a classic French emulsification. And there it is our famous strawberry vinaigrette.
