Chicken Parmesan Sandwich

This is a wonderful chicken parmesan sandwich. We start off with our locally sourced organic chicken breast thinly sliced and then lightly breaded and seasoned with salt and pepper. Next, we fry it in our all organic non-GMO sunflower seed oil. Next, we ladle a generous helping of our homemade marinara sauce and then sprinkle on a generous helping of organic mozzarella. Lastly, we put it in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese and get a nice golden brown crust.
